Hello and thank you for visiting my website! My local expertise and real estate experience will benefit you whether you are a interested buying, selling, or a returning client.

My Philosophy

My father always told me I should find a career that would make me happy.  He also told me that my work ethic or my actions would always speak louder than words.  He said hard work and the results which follow would give me satisfaction in a career.

Sixteen years ago, I took a position in the legal field, the same field as my father.  I was interviewed by someone who knew my father well.  He said he was happy to hire someone with the same integrity as my father.  This is the point in time in which I realized exactly what my father meant.

It never mattered what I said I was going to do.  Only my productivity mattered.  Working hard, being honest, and being sincere got me through each day.  I carried these ideas with me after I left that position.

I believe in helping people.  I care about my clients’ needs, and I strive to meet those needs daily.  I like to be able to back up what I say with action.  I am thankful for the opportunities I have each day to work with clients and I look forward to working with them each day.

Let me help you find a place in the Charleston area where you can discover new opportunities and pursue you dreams!

Buying a home? I look forward to helping you select the home of your dreams by taking time to listen to your needs and desires.

Selling a home? My real estate expertise and many effective marketing programs will give you the exposure and edge you need to sell your home quickly for top dollar.

I consider the Charleston area an excellent place to call home and would love to share with you my enthusiasm for the many neighborhoods that encompass it. I pride myself on providing unparalleled service and look forward to developing a long-term relationship with you. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss how I can best assist you with your real estate needs.

More About Me

I have called the Charleston area my home for over thirty years.  I was raised in Mt. Pleasant and I have lived in Charleston (peninsula), West of the Ashley, James Island, Johns Island, North Charleston, and Isle of Palms.  I attended both private (Mason Preparatory School) and public schools (Wando High School) in the area as well as attending the College of Charleston where I received two BA degrees.

I first became interested in real estate in 2000.  I completed the required courses for my real estate license, but decided not to become an agent at the time.  I believe I need to put 110% into whatever I am doing, and at the time, I had an opportunity to travel to Greece and perform with a band.  I waited until 2005 to take the required courses again for licensing at Trident Technical College and took the state exam in 2006 after my wife had completed graduate school.  I then pursued work in marketing for a commercial real estate website and transitioned into my current position here at Carolina One Real Estate.  I have already completed all of the course work required for the next two years as well as the the courses Carolina One Real Estate provides.  I am taking more courses in the near future to acquire my ABR and GRI designations.

I am recently married to a wonderful wife who is a clinical therapist.  We are both active volunteers in the community through our church and through personal commitments.  We met while we were volunteering and doing photography work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  We currently reside in the Farm at Wescott Plantation in Summerville, SC.

Charleston has given me wonderful opportunities to explore my hobbies as a musician and a photographer.  It has also provided me the chance to live near the beach, to spend time boating and fishing, and to golf year round.
